Ryan Air complaint by Rhonda
RYAN AIR: AVOID At All Costs. bought ticket to fly from Glasgow to London (UK to UK) explained on phone reason for flight is to replace lost/stolen Passport. Had no passport but valid NJ driver's license and NJ drivers license is used to get passport. more documents needed for NJDL than passport! Once I paid for ticket and arrived at airport was denied boarding the plane. I was told, 'You can't board the plane and there will be NO refunds.' $ 500.00 Shot to H*LL.Only a valid European Union Driver's license was accepted!!! or a passport.
